Silicon Valley Conference Room Rental Terms & Conditions

1. All meeting attendees should be registered with receptionist at least 24h in advance in order to receive access to front door and conference room door via smartphone access for the duration of the reservation.
2. Daily/Hourly Pass NOT Included. Each attendant must pay for WiFi use.
3. Only HOST receives WiFi access for ONE device to use for meeting.
4. M-F 8a-6p booking based upon availability.
5. Prior bookings/member bookings have priority and will result in a cancellation before confirming.
6. You will be billed upon signing up for reservation.
7. Cancel anytime, NO penalty or sign up fees.
8. 24/7 security cameras on premise. Any criminal activity will be reported to law enforcement.
9. Happy Hour is NOT available for conference room rental or guests.
10. Any offensive or criminal behavior will result in loss of membership.
